Misleading tactics from Sales people - Replacement Windows
Buyers beware
The sales person from Sears Home Improvement gave us on estimate of $14,000.00 to replace 16 windows in our house,after we told him it was to much money he suggested to get more quotes and Sears would match the lowest price, we did, the sales guy came back and did match the lowest price, however; when it was time for the windows to be install I noticed the windows where different (Lower Quality) from the ones it was shown to us the first time, now since we do not want these windows they are charging us over $3000.00 for breaking the contract when it was them who did not deliver what was offered......so much for satisfaction guaranteed
