  • Kitchen & Bathroom upgrade

    I had Sears do an upgrade on my kitchen and my master bathroom. In the kitchen they installed new countertops and also my plumbing underneath the sinks were disconnected. I had a AAA water filter system installed with connections to the icemaker and drinking water in the refridgerator & also a spigot which ran up through the countertop which provided water for cooking. When the job was completed I was told that Sears would not reconnect those two items. I didn't understand why because the line from the refrigerator was already there.   • Misleading sales, no support of bad product

    Thirteen months ago, we went with Sears HI to put vinyl siding on our home. The salesperson really sold us on how Sears would "stand by its product" and the "lifetime" warranty. Well, now 13 months later, the siding is falling off the house, seemingly b/c the installers did not use nails in the trim. I called Sears expecting their "stand by their product" service, and got told it would be $100 for them to even come look at it.   • No Water Heater installation in Gainesville Florida

    My original order started under this phone number: 352-335-3395 I originally spoke to Ivy Woods and she informed me that there was not an installer available in my area and that she spoke to her area manager and that I could wait for one to be hired but the area manager recommended for the order to be cancelled.   • horrible unprofessional service!!!!

    I work in the service industry and i cannot believe that Sears, a company I chose over 5 other companies to install impact windows in my house has been nothing but a great disappointment. I had the company 3 times send professionals to my house to measure my windows which i admired as i felt it is so important to make sure all parties concerned are aligned with the job needed to be done.   • Broken Heating & Air Unit Under Warranty

    My four year old Heating and Air Unit purchased at Sears Home Improvement has broken. I first reported the issue to Sears on 8/6/11. At this time I was told that Sears does not currently have a technician in my area and that I would hear back from them within 24-48 hours.     Sears Home Improvement installed a 2.5 ton Sears heat pump in my home on 4-27-2011. I am seeking a promised cash rebate from Sears Home Improvement services for the amount of $325 as promised and detailed in my sales contract, (job number 11644376).   • New A/C unit

    We have been given the wrong Heating and A/C unit and have been given the run around. They actually said they could construct something so it would work. I was appalled because we did not pay 8,400 for them to make something that fits. We paid for a new unit not something that is piecemealed together.
