Sears Home Improvement. Rudest people ever.


I have not dealt with Sears in a few years due to horrible service. I had a question today and I call the Home Improvement in Richmond 804-226-4414 and once again horrible customer service from the get go. How can you be having a conversation with someone and you present your question and you get cut off by them saying they have 4 calls ahead of you. When she came back to the phone she was so rude it was unbelievable. I have never talked to someone so rude. I advised her I would call her corporate headquarters. Needless to say she answered my question by advising me the unit column on my itemized bill was the amount of a certain item I purchased. Looks to me I was charged for 22 doors for my kitchen remodel back in 2013. I only have 13 doors in my kitchen. Yes I never throw anything away!!! Just happened to be looking that this and decided to call. STAY AWAY FROM SEARS!!!! RIP OFFS!!!!!

Worst service ever. Made an appointment last week (May 24) for tomorrow at 6:00 pm. Was called today about 3:30 saying they weren't sure if they would be able to make it and would call back in ten minutes. They called back about an hour later saying they needed to reschedule to be closer with other appointments. Talked to supervisor who said that they have staff development meetings tomorrow and that the appointment shouldn't have been made in the first place. Why weren't we notified pronto of the mistake last week? Already made plans to have them be here tomorrow and they won't show. Now I know why Sears is going out of business. Awful customer service. Note: We called them for this appointment because we had *AWESOME* customer service three years ago. Things have gone down the tubes.
