Sears Kenmore air conditioning unit - Kenmore Air Conditioner


We had a Sears home improvement person come to our house and write up a contract to install an air conditioning unit. Today, 6 days later, he called and said they couldn't do it for the price that he said in the contract and wanted us to give him more money. We said we had signed the contract already for the other amount. We then went and canceled the contract WITHOUT telling us. We want the unit put in for the amount that the contract says. The next step will be getting ahold of the BBB.
