My kitchen was remodeled by Sears Home Services/Improvement and it was an horrible experience. The contract was signed at the end of August 2010 and my kitchen was not completely done until February of 2011. There was issue after issue. The cabinets were supposed to be installed in October, they were not installed till December. The employees forgot to put in the permit paperwork so that was another delay. The installers did a sloppy job. I spoke to manager numerous times and he admitted mistakes were made. He stated he would give me a discount but even that was disappointing. The kitchen is nice but it is definitely not worth the price or the hassle.
