I recently bought a garden tractor from Sears, and I really regret dealing with them. They sold me a full warranty plan, but when I need them to come out, I am told that I have to wait 35-40 days! The machine does not even run! IT won't even start! Please don't be a fool and buy from them. This is an outrage; I will never buy from them again and will certainly tell everyone I know how rotten and misleading their advertising is, this is the first of many sites I plan to visit.
