SEARS HVAC - Worse experience ever.  You get the whole central air and heating installed by Villanueva Construction & Home Remolding company out of Upland- CONTRACTED BY  SEARS HOME IMPROVEMENT S.  I thought go through a reputable company that will handle everything.  I did not know this, but the installation was fine.  Completed in October 2015.  In March of 2017 I receive a letter from the City of Inglewood stating that the mechanical permit pulled to work on the HVAC system was not finalized by a city inspector.  I was told everything was fine.  Okay I know stuff happens.  I text Mr. Carlos Villanueva the owner of the company and he did not text me back.  I text his wife Yasmin (nice lady I thought).  She tells me to call the city and make and inspection appointment I do.  The inspector comes out and says I just need to confirm that there is not slight gas leak, please contact the installer and have him come by and pump it up to as far as it can go and I will come by and inspect it.  I contact Mr. Carlos Villanueva via text, he states, he will come by, note there was a 3 week delay on Mr. Villanueva's part, but I was grateful he was coming to take care of this.  Carlos comes and states, he's pumped it up, but it will not stay up.  He states, he will come back to correct the problem.  He turns off the heat part of the HVAC. This is July and we have gone back and forth with Mr. Villanueva stating he will come and he has not.  I call for maintenance on the air part of the HVAC and put in for a check on the heat part of my HVAC.  The technician Edwin comes out and states, he can do the air part but not the heat part.  Edwin gives me the installation manager's number I have made several calls and no one has return any of my calls.  At the same time I text Mr. Carlos Villanueva that I have the technician here wanting to talk to him.  I text Ms. Yasmin Villanueva and she text back that everything will be handled.  The next day Mr. Carlos Villanueva text that he will come on the following Tuesday.  Carlos does not show up.  No call or text.  I text Mrs. Yasmin Villanueva and I am told Mr. Villanueva sprained his ankle.  Here I am not know what to do I spent so much money and I am afraid I will not have my heat system up and running.  Sears has not reach out to me no one returns my call.  Just know no one cares about you or follows up.  BUYER BE WARE.  THIS IS A BIG SCAM.
