Kitchen remodel circus

Biggest rip off ever! Stay as far away from Sears home improvement as possible. I was misled and lied to on so many occasion I can't even count. Don't let them in your house!!!!
Been 5 months since I ordered new counter tops and an Island and the work is still not complete. Everyone blames someone else for the problems. All you get is double talk from the sales staff when you try to find out just what you are paying for till the end when they hit you with a bill.
